We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite culinary adventures. From farm tours — where you can experience the farm-to-table aspect — to creating your own sushi, to wine and beer tastings. Sit back. Relax. Enjoy and Learn.
Visit The Farm at Agritopia
Agritopia is a community based on a sharing lifestyle. When you visit the community, you will notice narrow streets lined with shade trees. Low fences with front porches throughout the community favor pedestrians and neighbors visiting. Take a personal tour around the grounds of Agritopia’s farm. You will find the a community garden where those devoted to growing their own produce can do so. The garden is made up of 40 20x20 plots, a community tool shed, shaded seating areas, and pathways. Gardeners meet to share gardening tips as well as their produce year round. Through the date palms and the citrus trees, you will hear chickens and ducks. All are a part of the community and help supply the farm stand with eggs, oranges, grapefruit, dates, and other seasonal offerings at the honor fruit stand.
Free tours offered every third Wednesday of each month at 10A, rain or shine. If you would like to set up a tour with one of their farmers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 480-988-1238.
